Shoji Cube - 1-bedroom shoji cube, with shoji fitted wardrobe in a previously open-plan studio apartment.


        This well-planned design incorporates a Shoji Cube™ to make a double-bedroom in this small, previously open-plan, studio flat. The wall beside the Shoji Cube™ was then partitioned off for a closet cum storage space by applying a fixed, sliding shoji screen panel to create a fitted wardrobe/storage area, which leaves the remainder of the open living space for a lounge/diner/home office... This flat is now being let as a 'one-bedroom' rather than a 'studio.'
